COMMANDER AGREEMENTS

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old and legally permitted to use this service.

2. ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for your credentials and activity. Do not sell, share or automate accounts except through game features explicitly provided by VOID PROTOCOL.

3. FAIR PLAY
Exploits, unauthorized automation, harassment, threats, hate speech, fraud, payment abuse and interference with the service are prohibited. Security defects must be reported privately and must not be exploited.

4. VIRTUAL ITEMS
Premium Gold, VIP time, ships, cards and materials are licensed virtual game content. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred outside authorized game systems. Balancing changes may alter virtual statistics.

5. MODERATION
Warnings, mutes, temporary suspensions and permanent bans may be applied for rule violations. Material decisions are logged.

6. AVAILABILITY
Maintenance, defects and balance corrections may interrupt service. No uninterrupted availability is promised.

7. TERMINATION
You may schedule account erasure in Privacy Authority. We may restrict accounts for security, legal or rule-enforcement reasons.

8. CHANGES
Material document changes receive a new version and may require renewed acceptance.

1. DATA CONTROLLER
The operator identified on the game website controls account data. Operator contact details must be completed before public launch.

2. DATA COLLECTED
Email, Commander name, legal name, birth date, password hash, security logs, IP and browser hashes, gameplay progression, communications, purchases and moderation records may be processed.

3. PURPOSES
Data is used for account access, age-gated events, game operation, security, fraud prevention, support, moderation, purchases and legal compliance.

4. RETENTION
Account data remains while the account is active. Security, payment and moderation records may be retained where legally necessary. Account erasure anonymizes shared multiplayer history.

5. RIGHTS
Privacy Authority provides data export, erasure scheduling and cancellation. You may also contact the operator regarding correction, restriction or applicable legal rights.

6. SECURITY
Passwords and recovery codes are hashed. Authenticator secrets are encrypted using a server-only key. Security tokens are single-use and expire.

7. PROCESSORS AND TRANSFERS
Hosting, email and payment providers process only data needed for their service. Their identity and transfer basis must be listed before those services are enabled.

8. CHILDREN
Registration is not intended for children under 13. Additional local age requirements may apply.

VOID PROTOCOL currently uses only essential cookies.

VOID_SESSION maintains authenticated game state.
VOID_CSRF prevents forged game commands.
VOID_COOKIE_NOTICE remembers that this notice was acknowledged.

These cookies are required for account security and game operation. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookie is installed by this game package. If analytics or marketing technology is added later, this notice and consent controls must be updated before activation.
